Thursday, October 8, 2009. Adalyn Love, 10-11 months. Long time, right! We have been on the go-go-go! We took a trip to Tennessee in September to see my family and take in the scenery! We got a few pics of Adalyn from that trip and I will post them below. We had to take Adalyn to the doctor last week because she was running 102 fever. After less than 48 hours, the fever went away! Friday, May 8, 2009. The earlier Byzantine walls of the city have been restored, but very poorly, and with no regard for their historical value. Our first stop after the walls was the Shehadet Mosque. Originally built in 1365 by the Sultan Murad I, the building was extensively restored in the late 19th century. We did not go in, but stayed outside to inspect an extremely important inscription embedded in one of the walls. THE SQUARE OUTSIDE THE HAN.
